I recently had the pleasure of flying with SAS in Economy Class from Stockholm to London, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. When I arrived at Stockholm airport, the check in desks were empty leading to a very efficient self bag drop:

The boarding process was also extremely smooth and I was pleasantly surprised how well designed the SAS app is. It even shows you what percentage of the aircraft has boarded:

Upon boarding the aircraft, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the exit row was completely empty, granting me the luxury of having a whole row to myself. This extra space made the journey much more comfortable and enjoyable, allowing me to stretch out and relax during the flight. The leg room was great:

The seats were well-maintained and provided adequate legroom, which is always a bonus on longer flights. The ability to recline the seat slightly also added to the overall comfort. I managed to capture a few photos of the spacious and well-designed seat, which I’ve included below.

One of the highlights of the flight was the complimentary tea service. SAS offered a selection of hot beverages, and I decided to go with a cup of tea. It was a thoughtful gesture, especially for an Economy Class flight, and it made the journey even more enjoyable.

The flight departed and arrived on time, which is always appreciated, especially when traveling for business or with a tight schedule. The cabin crew was attentive and friendly throughout the flight, ensuring that passengers had a pleasant experience.

In conclusion, my SAS Economy Class flight from Stockholm to London was a very good one. The empty exit row and complimentary tea service were definite highlights, adding extra comfort and value to the journey. I would highly recommend SAS to anyone traveling on this route and look forward to flying with them again in the future.
