One of the less glamorous aspects of flying is going through airport security. While at some airports such as Hong Kong, the queues are often short and you are through in a matter of minutes, in others such as Chicago it can sometimes be up to an hour.

There is this brilliant website that shows you what to expect. Crowdsourced website Qsensor (qsensor.co) allows you to check the queues at airports globally before you head off. Most of the times are crowdsourced so do be sure to report your wait time as well!

This is a great tool for anyone wishing to know what to expect at airport security and can be very beneficial when working out how safe some connections are!
